Legroom was limited, and there were no snacks or drinks offered, but OK, it's low-cost, so considering the price of the ticket, it didn't bother me.
The flight crew stayed cheerful despite the pressure that the airline puts on them (having to sell meals, drinks and Tombola tickets).
For the departure flight, takeoff in Bordeaux was difficult, and landing at Charleroi was rough since during the braking, the back of the plane a skidded, causing a general fear throughout the plane (but still more fear than actual danger). For the return flight, the landing was like all of Ryanair's, which is to say anything but smooth.
Having already traveled on this company once, we didn't see any improvements, the opposite, in fact. It's too bad to have a flight crew that's as nice as Ryanair's and put so much pressure on them that it makes the trip unpleasant.
