This is a young, Vietnamese, low-cost airline. The plane was a brand new A320-200 with sharklets. There was a very strong impression of safety. The seat was comfortable enough for a one hour forty-five minute flight; it was non-reclinable of course. Food is available onboard at an affordable price; the menu consists of hot meal + drink for $2.50.
Take-off and landing were perfect, despite the bad weather across the whole of Vietnam. Most of the pilots are foreigners.
The problem that remains is the punctuality: there was a one-hour delay on both the outbound and return legs caused by the bus-based boarding system, etc.
Strongly recommended: there is potential herel.
