Booked through Thomson thought we were flying with them only to be told at the airport it was through a "third party".
The plane was shabby and incredibly noisy we were in the very front seats on the right side and never heard a word the captain said due to the noise which has to be a safety issue.
We're only offered refreshments once and no duty free goods of any kind offered one cabin staff could not speak much English again has to be a safety concern.
The return flight was no better only the tea was worse as it was served out of a tin jug and was cold.
No transport had been arranged to cross the tarmac and according to the captain it was an "er add min error".
We complained to our travel agent on our return who took it up with Thomson who I can only describe their customer care as non existent.
There excuse for only one refreshment service was it was a short flight, sorry 4 1/2 hours is not a short flight.
After six months we finally received a letter in English from Thomson,the first two were in broken English which basically said "tough ".
Anyone thinking of flying with this company my only advice would be DONT even consider it. In over 30 odd years of flying this is by a country mile the worst.
Thomson do not come out this very well either.
