The only “problem” was a short delay. As for everything else, the crew was attentive and smiling, speaking French, Dutch, and English. The flight was very comfortable. The airplane was old (737-400), but in good shape and clean, so you didn't feel unsafe. It was comparable to Onur Air (though I have a certain preference for Tailwind—more “family-like”). I've also flown with Pegasus, which is also very good. It’s a very good value for the money. I recommend this airline.
