First of all we had a three hour delay at departure, crammed into the plane. No explanation offered at all!
But what was most shocking was the cabin crew: as unpleasant as it's possible to be.
They weren't at all available to serve and they were arrogant and pretentious.
After the meal service we didn't see anyone again, despite calling for service multiples times right up until breakfast time.
Drinks were placed near the toilets for us and we were left to help ourselves... all night.
As a consequence of the delay we missed our 10:00 am connecting flight and we couldn't get another flight until 8:00 pm because all the flights at other times were full.
We were given meal vouchers, but they weren't accepted anywhere, or perhaps we didn't find the right place.
Finally, when we arrived at destination, they'd lost our baggage, and we didn't get it back until three hours later.
For this kind of ticket price, the low cost airlines do things so much better.
