Departure flight: 40 minutes for check-in, but one-hour departure delay.
The flight crew was Polish. There was one person who spoke French but it was impossible to understand over the microphone due to the strong accent.
Horrible sandwiches, like plastic.
No in-flight information.
Return flight: 2h30min delay, no explanation. We had planned on not having a meal on board (see the problems with the departure flight).
The problem: since this was b2b, there was no opportunity to choose the airline but we travel a lot and it’s been a long time since we’ve seen an airline that had so little respect for its "customers."
