To travel on holiday to Congo, my wife and I flew with Trans Air Congo and we didn't experience any problems. The tickets we purchased 48 hours in advance included guaranteed places. There is now a seat allocated with each ticket. This wasn't the case in 2007, when I was even left standing on the tarmac, despite the ticket in my hand.
Both the outbound and return flights were on schedule.
Baggage check-in was fine. They could perhaps see about ensuring that all passengers queue up properly. But, well, we were in AFRICA!
TAC has several Boeing 737s in decent, clean and comfortable condition.
On each flight, safety instructions are provided and seatbelts checked. A snack is served (flight lasts 40 min).
The captain makes announcements to the passengers in the same way an Air France captain does.
The take-off and landing were smooth.
Air hostesses were nice and pleasant.
Really don't have any complaints. A basic, straightforward service at a price of 38000 Central African francs for a one-way flight, per person.
I would use this airline again.

Paid a lot for nothing. The bathrooms were dirty, they were really run down. There was too much noise. The seats were not a little ripped on the bottom and you could feel the rust. The equipment was not good—intense air pockets. The flight crew was too demanding and preoccupied. The service was bad.

A bord rien à dire.
