Not that bad
My Belgian friends are great but sometimes their institutions and airlines are a little surprising.
I chose a ticket that let me choose my seat in advance (+20 euros over 90), and reserved my seat but the night before the departure I learned that it wasn't the right one and I had to choose another, just like I would have done if I'd paid the lower price.
They explained that there were more business passengers than expected and so my seat had to be moved.
I then decided to use their lounge but the price had steeply increased from 15 to 25 euros, and few people seemed to know about the reservation.
In short, overall it was acceptable. There was a small delay at the departure but it was made up during the flight. Thank you, Eole.
The Avro 100 is a somewhat older plane but the seats seemed a little larger than on an A320 with the possibility of stretching out your legs under the seat in front.
All in all, I'll try the Belgian national company again, since it seems to be satisfactory overall.
