Departure was scheduled from Alicante at 8:30 pm, with arrival at Geneva scheduled for 10:20 pm.
That was the scheduled journey, but what happened was entirely different!
We took off at 11:50 pm then landed in Lyon. Then we took the bus to Geneva. Result: arrived at 4:15 am. There were no more taxis at the airport and no buses! A nightmare!
There was nothing displayed on the display boards and we now can't get a refund, because as far as they're concerned, the moment you arrive at your destination their work is over.
I find that absolutely unacceptable! We lost more than six hours on the journey and there has been no goodwill gesture. I do not recommend this airline but rather Swisscomm instead, who at least refund your ticket! This airline is a rip off!
Of course, I wouldn't feel like this if it had only happened once, but there was also a London-Geneva flight that was delayed by two hours, and with no ground staff there to receive us when we arrived at the destination! It really is the absolute limit!
