In my opinion, the reviews have shown that flights are delayed or cancelled, and the planes do not have the modern equipment necessary to fly properly in clouded or rainy weather. It seems to be an airline struggling not to go out of business. I strongly suggest they close their doors as the planes, service and people are horrendous.
When we arrived the airport to check in, the lines were long. Our flight was reading "last call" on the board, so we went up to the counter and asked if they could expedite our check in so we wouldn't miss the flight. The agent said no. I argued to speak to a manager, and she went back to speak to the manager. When she came out, she said it was too late, bcd the flight had already left. She pointed me to another counter to change our tickets. Little did I know that I'd have to pay $186 to change the three tickets we had for a flight that left 4-1/2 hours later.
When we went to the gate, there was a mass of people from our original flight waiting to get onto this new flight. The original flight (that I was told had left) was cancelled. Everyone else got a free transfer to a later flight that was also cancelled, and now were waiting to get onto our new flight... which we had to pay for.
When we returned to Lima, I went to one of their offices, and we were told to contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Which was returned to us as undeliverable. I am unable to find any customer service emails or phone numbers for them... shady.
