I made a basic mistake online of booking a flight from Ibiza to London instead of London to Ibiza. Immediately went to change it online and could not. Called back the next day as it was booked during the night and they changed it. The following say I saw over £700 had been debited from my account. They took almost 2 weeks to respond to my queries, in that time I had no confirmation of booking. They then said they would charge me for both flights as they do not provide refunds. Avoid this company and use a reputable one that you can trust.
