There was a three-hour 30-minute delay at takeoff because of a technical problem.
They provided no concrete information about exactly what kind problem that the plane had. Successive messages from the flight attendants told us that takeoff was delayed by 15 minutes, then 40 minutes, and it never actually happened.
An announcement in bad English from the pilot while we were waiting was completely incomprehensible.
When they leaned over, the passengers near the windows noticed when they changed two wheels.
Good takeoff, the message from the pilot was inaudible, and the landing was jerky with an abrupt braking on arrival.
Arrival: 1h30min delay until the luggage arrived. Then we learned that our luggage wouldn't arrive because they were accidentally sent with others by freight from Heraklion via Roissy on their way to Mecca!
Conclusion: defective communication, 5h30min total delay and questions about the actual onboard safety of the plane (is it normal and reliable to send things by freight?) especially when you know about incidents that have already happened in Tel Aviv and Lyon with Hermes and Air Méditerranée planes during the last few months.
