This was a short flight onboard a Fokker 100 operated by Helvetic on behalf of Swiss International Air Lines. The plane had Helvetic Airways livery, but everything else was up to SWISS standards, and this included the chocolate they traditionally hand out at the end of the flight.
I'd purchased the ticket as part of a Lufthansa deal which had the code LH operated by LX operated by Helvetic: with such an operating structure, it wasn't possible to check in online, especially as the Lufthansa and SWISS apps and mobile sites aren't exactly the most up-to-date or user friendly out
This didn't prevent them from providing a simple, basic service (free drink) of impeccable standards (efficiency and customer care) onboard a very full plane, which had its seats arranged in a 2-3 layout and departed and arrived at destination on time. There were no problems during the flight itself, except for a little winter turbulence; Zurich was covered in snow when we arrived there.
