This is by far the worst airline I have ever used in my life as a traveller for the last 30 years of local, regional, and international travel for the following reasons.
Managers and customer service are rude, unapologetic, unprofessional, and lack good customer service
Flights rarely come/depart on schedule.
Delays are normally no less the 1.5 hours but they fabricate delay times of 10 minutes or so.
Customer service lie on you face as to why there is a delay on the flight.
During high demand, they sell confirmed tickets to standby customers at premium and, when you arrive at the airport to check-in, they fabricate unacceptable lies as to why the flight is full and that the ticket you bought 3 months in advance had priority over standby customers.
Never will I use them again even if they are cheaper than other carriers.
Never will I recommend another person to use them.
Avoid them at any cost
