When flying between Korea and Japan there is a choice between the traditional airlines and the low cost ones, with the latter striving to be more original: there's Peach, Nintendo's princess; Vanilla, with its tasteful design; and Starflyer, the ninja, etc.
There is no Hello Kitty, which only operates flights to Taiwan. For my part I opted for Eastar Jet, the one with the happy face.
In the end it was an ordinary flight: a Boeing 737, and not the most modern; and the pitch was the standard for far eastern airlines (31"). Nevertheless, it was good value for money, with baggage and a drink included in the price. Additionally, there is reasonably priced food available from the catering service they provide.
The cabin crew were nice, cheerful, and available throughout the flight. The one negative point is that there is no in-flight entertainment, and the airline's magazine has only the titles and summaries translated into English, which isn't much use.
