I was one of over 100 customers of the airline who were dishevelled by the airline's poor customer experience and insensitivity. The flight scheduled was brought forward by an hour without any prior notice to the lot of us and we were furthermore threatened with loss of our ticket if we didn't pay varying fees with mine in the region of £300. To make bad matters worse on the flight date after the exorbitant fee, the same thing happened and we were made to board an airplane which had no airconditioning to wait an hour for it to taxi
Worst flight experience of my life.
