Flight ok but no suitcase on arrival

This Lisbon to Paris Orly flight on the 21 May 2013 went fine, but Aigle Azur lost my suitcase. I reported the loss at Orly when I got there, then spent five days phoning the call centre, then sent a recorded letter (proof of delivery shows it was received 4 June) followed by an email to the address ory.ll {at} aigle-azur [dot] fr.

No response. Aigle Azur has no respect for its customers. I intend to both write to the DGAC (the French civil aviation authority) and contact a consumer association.
