We left as a family along with with our small dog, who the airline lost for 24h. The dog wasn't there when we arrived, and it wasn't on the following flight either.
They were unable to tell us where our dog was and what's more the Paris office hung up on us, not to mention how difficult to reach them.
Our dog came back to us in terrible shape; it hadn't had anything to eat or drink for 24h and had been locked in a cage the whole time.
Imagine how worried we, and our children, were about our missing dog.
For the airline the dog was just another piece of lost luggage.
They are neither pleasant nor reassuring, and above all they are extremely incompetent if there is any problem.

Je suis absolument navrée d'apprendre que le voyage de votre animal de compagnie ne s'est pas déroulé dans les meilleures conditions.
Sachez que je ne manquerai pas de faire remonter votre commentaire aux services concernés dans le but que cela ne se reproduise plus et d'améliorer notre gestion des animaux à bord.
