Airline in Decline.

Review of Aigleazur about the flight Aigle Azur between Paris Orly and Alger on 09/04/2016 in Economy

The departure flight was scheduled for 11:00 am and rescheduled for 4:00 pm. That + 5 hours of driving = 14 hours of travel.

Instead of chartering a plane for its customers, they gave us a sandwich. It’s less expensive. They also gave us certificate of delay as if we were at school or we were the children they were treating us as. No respect for customers.

Return flight was scheduled for 3:45 pm, rescheduled for 6:00 pm, no explanations, arrogant flight crew, food was a small tuna sandwich that expired the same day, and this was for customers who still hadn’t had lunch.

To sum it up: almost nonexistent service and recurring large delays made me want to completely forget about the very existence of this airline.

Goodbye and good riddance.
