The worst experience of my life with this racist airline. Please don't fly with them, they will treat you very badly, for no reason. Well actually, because of our nationality (Romanian, members of the European Union). After 3 and a half month we still don’t know why they refused boarding our group of 15 people on a flight to Cancun, other that we ARE ROMANIAN!. The staff treated us with no respect, embarrassing us in front of the other passengers and wouldn't give us a reason why they denied boarding, other that we are Romanian and they will not let us fly to Mexico! I have to mention that all our documentation was in order, as confirmed by the Mexican and Romanian embassy the day of the flight and also by the police that came and helped us prove we have all documentation in order! After not being able to make a complaint, I finally managed to get an email address to send it to. We still haven't got any money back, after 3.5 months. They said they would "exceptionally" give us a refund of the flight tickets, event though they didn't say what we did wrong, just sending us an impersonal regulations reply. That is not acceptable! We lost a lot of money because of TUIfly on accommodation already paid in Cancun that we weren't able to get back. We just want OUR money back, that we paid for services we did not receive and for services we lost because of TUIfly! #tuifly #neveragain
