Crew stole the laptop bag in flight, very poor customer service and security

Hi Everyone,
I had a very bad experience travelling with Oman Air as my laptop bag was stolen in flight on my way back to London. I informed the Oman air customer service on the Oman Air airport but they did not take any interest in helping me find the bag and kept me waiting for an hour. The staff named Ali assa Albuleshi was busy printing luggage tag not bothered of helping customer. Then told me that nothing has been found by cleaning staff. Then said go report it to the police but they dont help either. Not found any laptop bag today and you have to check with Oman Air customer service. I was made to run from Oman Air customer service to the Police and Oman Airport information counter.

The staff also threatened me that I will have to leave on the connecting flight or I will have to buy a new ticket for my onwards journey. The staff name Rahil & DMA Gheitia Al-hosny.
I have lost my MacBook Pro laptop, iPhone mobile phones and external hard drives. The customer service don’t even reply to the messages and there is no customer service contact numbers in UK for finding the lost bag.

I had contacted the Oman Air customer service immediately and even Oman police, but did not get any support from them. I have been contacting oman Air customer service, but there is no customer service support other then booking the ticket and changing reservation and till date have received no assistance in finding the stolen bag.

I have contacted Oman Air, Airport service manager London, James yardley (James.Yardley@omanair.com) but just forwarded the concern to the Manager of Airline Security, Suhail Nasser Al Ismaili and Head of Guest Relations, Sabra Mohamed Ali, who have not been of any assistance or got any reply.

The Oman Air higher post employees are of no good so this is the last resort to find the bag and things.

So please be careful, don’t leave your bag on overhead storage in flight as there is no security to your belongings. Oman Air service and security is the worst.

It’s very poor customer service and security on flight.
