I purchased four tickets in Feb. 2017 to fly Volotea from Santorini to Athens. The scheduled time was changed and we were given the option to "cancel and request refund" or "accept change". We decided to purchase another flight to keep our plans intact, so we cancelled with Volotea and submitted for the refund. After over two months with no credit to my account, I wrote Volotea Customer Care. I was told (by Customer Care Rep. Karim) that I needed to give detailed bank information to receive a wire to my account since we booked with a third party. Each email I sent was responded to with a request for more information. Finally, I met with the Bank of America manager who jumped through all of their hoops, giving them all the information they needed, without compromising my account. After sending an official document from the Bank Manager I have been ignored to date (August 2017). They did not wire my account. They did not write me back again, despite three additional efforts on my part to determine the status of my credit and the reason for not hearing from them. This has been the among the worst business experiences I have ever had. I am leaving this review for your info and am seeking how to better expose their egregious customer treatment.
