I am writing regarding the delay I experienced on flight V73825, which was scheduled to depart from Vigo - Spain and arrive at Ibiza Airport on 21/08/2015.
The flight was scheduled to leave at 21h15 – 21/08/2015, however it did not take off until 01h30 - 22/08/2015, some 3 hours 15 minutes delayed. Because of that I could t pick up my car At AVIS, and i had to spent 40 euros each way - Airport - Hotel - Airport, i have lost one a day of rent a car, I only get to the Hotel at 4/5 a.m.
I have send to Volotea a request of compensation of 250 euros each passenger, and the only want to pay me 50 euros each passenger, and never justify the reason of the delayed flight.
Another problem was the airplane was not even a little bit clean, everything was done so fast, my personal cabin size suitcase was put in a passenger empty seat because there was not even place for more luggage.
My seat (14 E) was turn and damage, and the floor all dirty, like you can see in the photo I sent to you.
Airplane with 10 years old.... seemed like 20 years, loots of noise, dirty and old seats, tight space!
The company only provides one small meal at the airport, no phone calls were provides, at the airplane didn't provides anything, nor food, nor help at the airport of Ibiza.
