Boarding was scheduled for 9:05 am but finally took place a 9:40 (which was the time the flight was normally supposed to leave). We were all left waiting not knowing what was happening. There was no mention of any delay on the display screens. We didn't see any customer service agent until 9:20, and they just simply asked us to wait and didn't provide any further explanation. At 9:40 boarding began (or at least they had us go through the boarding gate, without a smile and with barely a word of greeting, and then crowded us tightly into the gangway).
The cabin crew onboard were very nice and attentive, which almost made us forget what happened at the airport.
The plane was an ageing one and you could see ingrained dirt between the seats and next to the wall.
Despite all this, however, it was quite a pleasant flight.
