Booked a ticket with this company Venice - Brindisi, when I did the check in I realised they put Brindisi to Venice.
Called the phone number they say on there website cost €1.00 but on the phone it tells you cost €1.58. They kept me on the phone for 8 minutes the first time and 11 minutes the second time just to tell me that they could not do anything and to buy a new ticket!
First and last time I used them.
Terrible experience, never again!

With regards the cost of the phone call, our Website shows that the call from Italy costs 1, 00€/minute but is also clearly said that “The cost from mobiles may vary depending on the operator”.
