The plane was low-end with seats in a 3-3 arrangement and a narrow center aisle. No individual screens. There was a screen every 12-15 feet of the aisle and broken headphones.
Very little legroom. No in-flight magazines unless you count the duty-free catalog. No entertainment.
We left Brussels after a two-hour delay. We spent those 2 hours on the plane without a single thing to drink. Weak explanations.
Very bad food. They didn't serve any snacks, just the meal.
There was a refueling stop in Boston. Another lost hour spent in a loud and uncomfortable plane.
We finally arrived in Philadelphia but we had missed our connecting flight.
They gave us a choice between a Philadelphia-Toronto-Montreal ticket or a ticket for a flight the next day plus a hotel voucher.
An employee recommended trying to catch the flight that left that night and quickly checked our luggage. However, we weren't given any ticket for the flight! Nobody told us anything and our luggage left for Montreal without us.
There was no seat on the flight they had recommended, and as a result we had to spend the night in Philadelphia without our luggage. The ground crew was nice but the flight crew was indifferent.
There was no communication and customer service was nonexistent (I received an apology on Twitter. Thanks a lot.).
No positive points. Avoid!
