What an awful service

Review of The_One about the flight Easyjet between London Stansted and Ibiza on 27/06/2018 in Economy

First time on an Easyjet Plane, and it will be the last time I accept an easyJet flight, even if it is the cheapest flight available.

Why? Well not only were we late taking off, and therefore landing of course, but these muppets managed to ruin my cabin suitcase which has been a solid and sturdy friend for over 5 years and been with me on many flights.

I was forced to put my suitcase in the hold because I had a TINY rucksack, a super tiny rucksack. When I landed and collected my suitcase, the handle was ruined and a wheel chipped; meaning it can no longer be wheeled, and only carried... annoying.

Of course, when I contacted customer service, they sent me around the houses, told me I'd missed the 7 day period to contest (which nobody knows anything about) denied responsibility, threw multiple different e-mails addresses in my face, of which I had no response when writing to.

The other solution was that I speak to the airport in Ibiza, although I live in London, not to worry, speak to the airport you travelled from, Stansted, although I live in Brixton.

Literally, F**K you easyJet!
