Our seat was next to the emergency exit ("ideal for legroom") and the trip was pleasant.
The problem with flying on Air Caraïbes is that the seats are very cramped and not that comfortable.
If you want to travel comfortably on this airline for more than 4 hours, you should think about an upgrade (we had to put a pillow under our behinds to ease the pain caused by the hard seats).
As for the entertainment, it was good. The screens were a little old, but they helped to pass the time.
The meal: you had the choice between fish or chicken. I chose the chicken, which was very good and was accompanied by a drink of either white or red wine and a beverage. It was nice to know you could ask for more without having to pay (very good).
Takeoff and landing were soft despite the small drawback of being next to the emergency exit, where there was a water leak during takeoff.
They provided regular information about the turbulence.
Boarding was very quick and easy thanks to the Priority Access Card, which also helped with check-in.
The flight crew was super welcoming and warm. I give them 10/10 for their sense of humor and kindness, which are not always present in other airlines.
Departure was on time and so was the arrival.
This was a pleasant trip despite the fact that the seats were uncomfortable.
