Just adequate

Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 2 years ago.

I went on a Paris-Montreal flight with Air Transat in economy class. The flight attendants were nice, the service was good, but there was too little legroom and Air Transat’s planes are old.

In economy class, there were no individual screens. There was only a small screen for an entire row—meaning seven hours of boredom.

The service changed completely from economy to business classes. The flight attendants spent almost the whole flight taking care of the people in business class and were much nicer there. The meals were not terrible, though…. Punctuality was perfect: no delays, but we were also not ahead of schedule. For a “low-cost” airline, it was just adequate.

Bonjour et merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Tous les retours de nos passagers sont importants et nous aident à améliorer notre offre. Pour information l'ensemble des appareils d'Air Transat ont été rénovés et bénéficient, tous sauf un appareil qui n'est pas en service actuellement, de nouvelles cabines. Tous nos Airbus A330 ont été équipés d'écrans individuels en classe Club et en classe économie. Nos Airbus A310 sont équipés d'écrans individuels en classe Club et offrent, depuis le 12 juin un système Wi-Fi en classe économie qui permet aux passagers de se connecter au système de divertissement individuel via leur téléphone portable, tablette ou ordinateur portable.
Notre classe Club, située à l'avant de l'appareil bénéficie de deux agents de bord dédiés à cette classe. Les agents de bord de la classe économie ne font pas de service en classe Club. Nous notons votre point pour les repas et allons faire remonter l'information. Merci à vous et en éspérant vous avoir à nouveau sur nos vols pour tester notre nouveau service. Bel été à vous.
