Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 3 years ago.

The conditions on this trip were unacceptable: there was no light so it was impossible to read, there was no television and the air was cold for the entire flight, which lasted 10 hours.

The flight attendants did their best to help us and keep us comfortable but what could they do with all of the problems caused by bad maintenance of the plane?

Luckily the cockpit was in good shape and we had very competent pilot.

It is not acceptable to make passengers travel in conditions like these. We paid for our trip and we should have access to amenities.

Please pay attention to our comments so other passengers don't have to endure the problems that disrupted our trip.

The flight crew was very professional, cheerful and friendly.

The food was good-perfect takeoff and landing.

Seats: legroom was a little tight.
