A plane left 24 hours early, without notice
At the end of an enjoyable trip in Bulgaria, on Saturday morning I check my flight status on the Jetairfly website. Originally scheduled for the following night (Sunday at 12:25 am), I first think that it was delayed by a few hours (it was posted for 2:30 am).
All of a sudden, I realize that, in fact, the plane had left early in the morning before I had even woken up, and without ever being informed by the airline or travel agency.
Everyone blamed someone else. Whatever the case may be, I had intentionally created an account on the Jetairfly website to receive information about my flight, but I didn’t receive any alerts.
Jetairfly didn’t want to hear anything about it.
I had to pay for another flight.
Since there, despite my numerous attempts to follow up, no news from their “customer service.” Low cost without any respect for travelers: unacceptable.
