After being disappointed by Jet4you on between Europe and Morocco for many reasons, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of JetAir Fly’s service.
I was supposed to board a RyanAir flight, but it was cancelled due to the strike of the flight controllers. So, I ended up getting on this flight with a ticket that was reasonably-priced despite having been bought at the last minute (70 euros for a one-way trip). Checked luggage was included, which was an excellent surprise and made it a very good value for the money.
Boarding was quick. The plane was new and clean. Unlike with other airlines, such as Air France, there were screens indicating the position of the plane, which is always nice.
The seats were comfortable, within the average of economic class seating, but a little better than most other low-cost airlines and many classic airlines: they were reclinable! Having spent the night in transit to be able to catch this first flight of the day, I was able to sleep really well.
Snacks had to be paid for, but were not expensive - between 3 and 4 euros for a hot meal, while in comparison many normal airlines don’t even offer them anymore. Beverages were between 2 to 3 euros, which is within the average.
Only downside: punctuality, because the flight was one hour late due to flight restrictions caused by the flight controllers strike. The pilot took the time to explain, though. We were correctly informed and it has to be said that it was an event for which the airline had no responsibility.
To sum it up, I hope the airline will know how to remain consistent in their services, so that they won’t fall back to the amateurism of Jet4you (old, dirty, planes, regularly canceled flights, or last-time changes of the time of departure), and I will gladly fly with them again!
