After seeing the reviews, I was prepared for an unpleasing flight. But to my good surprise, everything went well. We took-off on time. Our seats on the Boeing 747-400 were nice, with enough legroom. A blanket, headphones, and a sleeping mask were in our seats, and there was a large choice of magazines. The diner was rather good: a choice of chicken or fish for the hot dish, a salad, two small loaves of bread, butter, cheese, dessert, water already on the tray, and drinks served by the flight attendants. For me, the meal size was sufficient. Kids’ meals arrived first, making it possible to let kids eat before the adults. Also, for the kids’ meals, we didn't inform the airline beforehand, so it was a nice surprise that they got a special meal. The children also get small gifts: a coloring book with crayons and a mini-game. The crew was very nice. Air conditioning was working very well, so, if you are sensitive to the cold, it’s a good idea to bring a sweater. At night, you can get drinks and snacks next to the kitchen. We arrive at Mauritius with no delays. The only thing is that, since the plane was not reconfigured, there were no personal screens. The return flight, though, was on a reconfigured Boeing 747-400, which had personal touch-sensitive screens with a selection of movies, games, and documentaries to help you, and especially your kids, pass the time during the 10-12 hours of flight. We were very pleased with our experience with Corsair.
