The airline was expensive and unpleasant, and the baggage tracking was mediocre

Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 3 years ago.

First of all, the ticket was not cheap. What's more, they didn't even offer us so much as a glass of water during the flight. Admittedly, the plane did leave on time. Finally, I didn't have any news about my luggage and it's been impossible to reach the airline since "no contact person is available at the moment."
