Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 3 years ago.

Departure was on time but the staff was not nice at all! Not a single smile, not a glass or water, only the people seated in the front had the right to drink anything. Not enough time for anyone else. Unacceptable

Disons qu'ils ont servi les 3/4 de l'avion et pas ceux qui étaient à l'arrière car manque de temps (Lyon, Brussels, Brussels New york). De plus je reprend Brussel Airlines la semaine prochaine pour aller en Suède, ils ont tout simplement annulé l'avion. Je dois donc prendre un autre avion et arriver à 19h30 à Stockholm initialement prévu pour 13 heures.... Non vraiment Brussels Airlines pas sérieux sur ce type de service a moins que nous payons pour une 1ere classe. Cette compagnie a beaucoup a apprendre sur AIRTAP ou JETAIRWAYS par exemple......
