I love this airline, that's obvious from my reviews.
I love the authenticity of the flight crew, and I love their simplicity and availability.
Freshly arrived from Abidjan, I had a 5-hour layover in Brussels. The airport was so simple it was foolproof.
I arrived at Terminal T, so I had a long way to go to get to Terminal A.
I admit it, I'm a smoker, and I couldn't wait anymore, so I went toward the exit. I know it's bad for me, but despite the smell of cigarettes that pervaded the bathrooms, I prefer to smoke "legally."
It was really early (5:30 am), so I was able to get my fix and go through the formalities in the blink of an eye.
I was lucky enough to have access to the "Loft" so I headed there.
I was exhausted from my flight, so I was like a zombie, despite my morning cigarette, when I showed up at the lounge counter.
The lounge was really full, but I knew that there was a "napbox" for people like me.
I went to sleep since the it was 6 am and I woke up at 9:15 am it was great.
The BRU - MRS flight on an Avro went extremely well.
The flight crew was attentive. We had a meal (better than the one in my cafeteria) of taboule, chicken, cheese, warm bread and pastries.
The Avro was old, it's true, but it's a plane on a more human scale.
