This is an airline to avoid. For one thing, there were a number of problems with the multimedia equipment.
It didn't work on a lot of the seats, which was too bad since we had a long flight and no other seat was available. The flight attendants gave you a big smile but didn't offer any help.
In my opinion the flight crew wasn't sufficiently trained in crisis management. On the return flight they had to interrupt service because there was going to be a long period of turbulence. One of the stewards, who seemed like he was panicking, violently crashed into me with his cart. Of course he just kept going without seeing if I was OK. I wish I had informed the cabin attendant.
The cherry on top was that one of our pieces of luggage (new) arrived in Lyon completely destroyed. The customer service didn't give me a response for five whole weeks.
They didn't provide me with any compensation or answer my request for an explanation.
I wasn't able to reach anyone by telephone—no one was available to talk to me.
The passengers who fly with this airline regularly have been feeling disappointed with it for about a year since the airline's quality of service has been declining, and the price is not any cheaper.
They weren't surprised about what we went through. In short, avoid this airline.
