My Message to XL Airways.
I Hisham Najjar and my Son Geith, should return from CDG airport to New York on July 9,2017.on flight SE070 at Time 19:35.
You sent email to some passengers indicated that there is a delay from 19:35 to 21:20. This delay confused us and others( about 20 Passengers).
on July 9th we are at the airport since 4 pm. waiting the new schedule, we stopped front of the ticket desk around 18:30 ( before 3 hours of rescheduled departure time.) But all the Cabins were closed, and No body helps. We had facing a hard time to reschedule our trip, and to accommodate ourselves in Hotel, really it was miserable moments and nightmare time for us and 20 Passengers left without any help in airport . Finally , we booked next day on July 10th on XL air line Flight 10, booking #43549656 leaving CDG on 7:35 we paid $2,285.10 as an Extra money for this Trip..
Please credit back this amount plus( Hotel for one Night $ 120.00 Plus $ 300.00 deducted from our Salary for non return to work on time, The Total Amount is $ 2705.10.
