This flight had a three-hour delay.
The check-in at the airport was very badly organized: endless line, then no information about the delay (they offered us some sad little sandwiches and cokes while we waited 3 hours in the departures lounge).
When we finally got to the plane, the seats were in a so-so state and the food cost extra, while the flight was three hours late.
When I got back to Paris, I contacted customer service by e-mail and regular mail to ask for compensation. They responded that according to current regulations they didn't have to compensate me.
This airline is disgraceful and its customer service is appalling.
They attract people with a low price but then the actual trip is an ordeal. Avoid at all costs!
