A normal airplane flight, but the ground crews that work for this airline must have undergone training in being rude. This was true with the ground crews in Paris, Amman, or Bangkok, and on the departure and return flights.
Whether you asked your questions politely or not, no attitude was able to get a hint of a smile or a polite response from the staff. Example: having bought my ticket on the internet, I was not able to reserve any "extra large" seats or exit seats. When I asked they told me that yes, you have to pay in dollars, whether in Paris, Amman or Bangkok, as if the Euro didn't exist. You also had to pay cash, since apparently bank cards don't exist anymore either.
The two people at the travel desk in Bangkok on December 20 were horrible, calling me "Crazy!" when I insisted on my request. I've never in my life seen that behavior with an airline company. I've been traveling for 30 years and I've never seen rudeness that was so widespread or so flagrant.
I don't need to tell you that I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.
