Chose to fly business class because it was affordable.
No lounge at the airport.
The part of the airport used for domestic flights wasn't very clean, and it felt old-fashioned.
No welcome onboard; in short, minimal service.
With this particular business class flight, the baggage was delivered very quickly: less than 15 minutes!
The flight was on time.
A little bit concerned because an ATR crashed in 2013, though that was due to the weather and pilot error.
Boarding was carried out directly from the tarmac.
The actual flight itself only lasts 15 minutes; drink(s) served.
LAO Airlines has A320s, ATRs and other planes.
