Best airline? No way!

I was really disappointed with these flights. Best airline? No chance.

Everything went well at check-in, but I had problems on board. I was not served my meal, so I complained and they refused to give it to me, claiming that I had changed my seat - which I hadn't. I spent the entire flight on my seat watching the Simpsons and had to go ask for my meal.

They told me to prove my identity to make sure I wasn't a clandestine passenger. I am on the list of special meals: vegetarian. They gave me a non-vegetarian meal and I had to explain it to them. Also, it turned out my seat had been assigned to someone else.

Still, I got my meal in the end, even though they weren't very nice about it.

I needed to go to the lavatory. Being seated in the front of the plane, I headed to the one in the front, but they didn't let me in, claiming that this one belonged to the business class (even though there wasn't anything indicating this).

The whole thing with the meal was also a big problem, but at least the flight attendants were smiling and spoke fluent French.

The Doha airport is very hot and there were no jet bridges for people to disembark. Too bad if you have vertigo. Qatar Airways sucks...

Bonjour,

Merci pour ces nouveaux avis.
Je comprends votre étonnement sur le soucis du repas.
Ca peut arriver à n'importe quelle hôtesse ou steward de rater une rangée. Mais quand le passager vient demander son plateau, on s'excuse et on lui apporte au siège.
