After the first leg of the trip, from Nice to Vienna on a small Fokker 70, I arrived in a clean and spacious terminal at the Vienna airport. It's easy to find your gate and the terminal had many restaurants and stores. The airline's ground crew was almost extremely nice.
Boarding without problems onto a refurbished 767-300. The flight was half-full and I found myself alone with no one next to me.
Takeoff was done quickly and the meal was served a few minutes later. Austrian offers meals for a premium of €15. I chose the schnitzel. The in-flight meal was generous and the food was excellent.
The seats were comfortable.
A very good idea on the part of the airline.
The entertainment system was made up of a high-quality touch screen that was the right size.
They offered a wide variety of movies but few were in French.
The flight crew was attentive and offered drinks throughout the flight.
One hour before takeoff, they served a vegetarian sandwich.
The landing was done normally on the Delhi airport tarmac.
In conclusion, I strongly recommend Austrian. It's a very professional airline and both its staff and infrastructure are excellent.
