Not an airline to use again
When we arrived in Nantes at 9:30 am to check our luggage they told us that the plane (an ENT 826) would be delayed due to a technical problem (the excuse is always a technical problem, it's true that it's better that the airline makes the passengers wait for 8 hours instead of returning empty).
The luggage was checked in and the takeoff was scheduled for 5 pm.
While we were waiting, the airline rented 2 cars to take us to a hotel where we could eat, rest and enjoy the pool (great).
Around 5 pm, we returned to the airport after having problems with traffic.
We arrived after 45 minutes on the bus.
It was announced that departure would be at 7:30 pm.
I asked at the counter and didn't find out anything good, they told me that the departure would be at 7:45 pm (another change).
The plane touched down in Nantes at 7:45 pm. Very few passengers got off the plane?
The luggage was loaded onto the plane.
As a result of all this, we had to wait for 8 hours with our 3 children (ages 3, 7 and 10).
The worst thing about the whole affair was than no one took responsibility for it, not even Look Voyage, with whom we made our reservations and who completely washed their hands of it and rudely denied responsibility; don't forget that air travel is subject to European Regulation N° 261/2004.
