Review of jamaisplusNZ about the flight Air New Zealand between Prague and Papeete on 22/07/2015 in Economy

Prague-London-LAX-Papeete flight.

- It was impossible to check in online.
- In Prague it was impossible to get boarding passes for the London-LAX and LAX-Papeete flights.
- There wasn't enough time between arrival from Prague and the departure to LAX to go through check-in (35 minutes to change terminals and check in) so we missed our corresponding flight, and had to buy another ticket.
- 4 days on standby in London.
- After those 4 days in London it was impossible to print boarding passes for LAX-Papeete.
- Luggage check was on a non-existent flight so of course there was no luggage at our destination.

Thank you, NZ for these moments and for the problems you've created for your passengers:
- If it took me more than 35 minutes to change terminals and check-in it was my fault.
- If I found a replacement flight that was 50% less expensive on my own, and one day before the one that your airline found for me, it's because I was lucky.
- Finally, thank you for telling me that the responsibility for this entire mess could be British Airways, who operated the Prague-London which might have been delayed since the London - LAX flight left on time.

You'll never see me again, or the 6 other passengers who made the same mistake: buying a ticket from NZ.

Bonjour, c'est rageant!
Pour bien comprendre il manque quelques infos : le Prague Londres opéré par British Airways était il réservé sur le même billet que le LAX? Ou s'agissait-il de deux billets séparés? Quel était le temps théorique de correspondance?
