This was my first flight with ANA and I wasn't disappointed.
The plane was in perfect condition. The crew were permanently cheerful and attentive (it's Japan).
The meal was very good, and it's also possible to order special meals for people with food allergies a few weeks before the flight.
The boarding pass sent by email a few days beforehand is very convenient. It means you can save time at baggage check-in.
