I can't understand how this airline can continue to be allowed to fly and why tour operators such as FRAM charter planes like these.
In addition to a two-and-a-half hour delay, the A321 plane was a wreck. Half of the seats were broken or patched up with aluminum foil. Everything on board cost money . . . and one would have thought that they would have offered us a drink to help pass during the delay, but no.
The landing at our destination at 2 am was a little athletic, doubtless meant to wake us up.
