No better way to begin and end your vacation

Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 2 years ago.

OK flight crew.
The plane was the kind that made you constantly wonder if it was about to crash.

Departure was on 7/12 at 3:40 am with an expected arrival time of 7:30 am. That didn't happen.

There was an unexpected layover on Gran Canaria since evidently the airport in Lanzarote was closed and it didn't open until 8:00 am, and they weren't aware of it.

But the best was the 7/20 return flight scheduled for 7:30 pm, which didn't happen either, it was delayed by 3 hours. There were technical problems, even though we didn't even need to take that plane. In the end, takeoff was delayed by another hour and finally we left at 11:30 pm. We arrived in Paris after a scary takeoff. One-hour wait for luggage . . . except they had only loaded 10% of the luggage and the rest was left on the tarmac at the Lanzarote airport. There has been no info provided since then, so 157 pieces of luggage are still on vacation. Great!

On a du prendre le même vol! Une honte, escale imprévue, excuse bidon, un aéroport ferme, personnellement je n'y crois pas trop, d'autant plus que pendant notre arrêt sur l'île voisine, le plein de l'avion a été fait... Logistique a revoir, ou prévenir les voyageurs afin de savoir ce qui les attends! Le retour juste détestable retard on ne sait toujours pas pourquoi! Puis le pompon on repart sans nos valises, on est vraiment pris pour des pigeons, aucun mail d'excuses, de coup de fil, service injoignable, c'est sur je ne recommanderais en aucun cas cette compagnie aérienne!!!! Et compte bien faire une réclamation, bonne continuation!

2 valises devaient m'être livrées ce matin entre 8H40 et 10H35 soit disant par Chronopost, je viens de trouver une valise posée par dessus la clôture, le livreur s'est barré ! J'appelle Swissport, l'hôtesse me dit qu'ils attendent encore 10 valises, pourtant samedi dernier elle a affirmé avoir les deux valises entre temps on reçoit un SMS disant qu'il y aura 24H de retard pour nos bagages hors un est arrivé ce matin !
Bande de gougnafiers, de bras cassés de bon à rien!
