Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 2 years ago.

It's a greeting with "Tuan Tuan and Puan Puan" once again for this third review of Malaysia Airlines, this time about the B777 (after the A380 and the B737).

The plane was an old model, as was the seat, though it was quite comfortable. The ambiance in the cabin was different than on the other planes (it depends on the model and generation of the plane. Malaysia Airlines changes its fittings and colours a lot, both interior and exterior). As usual, the headphones were handed out too late, during the flight; because it's possible to use the IFE as soon as you're onboard the plane. As with all departures from Kuala Lumpur, the signature aperitif was a glass of pink guava. For a flight lasting just under three hours, the breakfast is copious, with fruit and yoghurt to start, followed by a hot course. The roti putar is very good, and the chicken curry accompanying it is incredibly spicy (those with sensitive palates and stomachs should avoid it). Time for a little siesta next, on a seat which doesn't go flat in bed mode, despite the distance from the row behind.

Inscrit chez OW/QR fin janvier. Silver en février. Gold en mars normalement. Avec Qatar dans l'alliance, OneWorld devient très intéressant pour gagner un statut sur une business haut de gamme en LC vers l'Asie puis utiliser le statut sur le réseau européen avec BA AB HG IB pour lesquels j'ai déjà des vols et des avis prévus. Pour AA et CX cela dépendra des propositions de mon agence de voyage...
