They announced the wrong gate: B8 instead of H2.
The usual "organization" in KL.
Boarding was on time but takeoff was 25 minutes late, which is a lot for a two-hour flight, and considering the competition from Air Asia they need to do better.
The seat did not recline.
There was a choice of two meals, (chose chicken and pasta, not bad) soft drinks and then tea or coffee.
Watched a film in French, they handed out headsets late, 15 minutes after takeoff, and taken away too early.
Should have left it on until the end of the flight and the service stands out with better quality than Air Asia.
Unfortunate 30-minute delay.
Didn't check any bags.
